Tessleymoor Gundogs in Dunkeld, Perthshire, Scotland.

Over the last 6 years I’ve dedicated all my time to clients and their dogs, sacrificing holidays, but after recently getting married in May and having only a 3 day honeymoon in the Cotswolds we decided as a family to rent a cottage in Butterstone, Dunkeld set in the beautiful Scottish hills.

Unlike many who holiday we took all the dogs, transporting them in our purpose built dog trailer.  Whilst in Scotland we experienced some great scenery, wildlife, of roading and of course whiskey.  The area we stayed in offered some great grounds for us to work and train every day.  We’d wake in the morning with deer, pheasants, red squirrels to name a few of the wonderful species.

Having the time away is never a full holiday as I’m always on hand for clients to call and discuss training needs, but you’ll see from some of the pictures that the dogs and we certainly enjoyed the stay.
