Puppy Gundog Training with Bryn the Labrador, Preston, Lancashire.

Bryn is now 15 weeks old and growing up fast, being the brother to my Fern it’s good to see how he’s progressing with his gundog training compared to Fern.

Scott is trying very hard with ensuring the programme I set is being followed. Today we worked on retrieves which immediately presented us with a problem. Bryn was keen to go out for a retrieve but delivery was another matter. It was evident that at some point he’d been chased for an object in his mouth, this caused Bryn to stand off and play with the retrieve. With some small correction and no chasing him around the house for the washing he’s picked up, the delivery will be back on form.

I’m looking forward to seeing Bryn again soon.
