Ozzy the Labradors’ Gundog Training Lesson

Ozzy the Labrador has been attending 1-2-1 gundog training lessons traveling from Yorkshire once a month. From the first time I met Ben and Ozzy their improvements have been huge, the dedication and commitment is admirable which is reflected in the results.

Achieving a good working relationship takes time and patience but the rewards are immense. Ozzy and Ben have further training needed to achieve their goal of being ready for the 2017 shooting field. Todays lesson showed how responsive Ozzy has become to the whistle, taking direction out in the field and retrieving to hand with enthusiasm, something he lacked when I first met Ozzy.
