Gundog training Pippa the Springer Spaniel and improving her hunting/ quartering in the field, Preston, Lancashire.

This week I had another lesson with Jade and Pippa her rescue Springer Spaniel who’s Gundog training is progressing well.  PIppa’s focus is coming on great with her steadiness to thrown dummies 100% .

Since meeting Jade and Pippa I’ve thoroughly enjoyed training with them.  Jade’s commitment and enthusiasm to training is admirable and her goals are always achievable.  Today we focused on working Pippa with my dogs, working on steadiness to thrown dummies and waiting her turn on the retrieves.  Then we progressed to hunting which months ago was un-achievable as Pippa is a nervous dog and didn’t want to leave Jade.  Today’s lesson was an astounding success.  Jade and Pippa went home happy with huge success.
