Gundog Training Lesson update on Gunner and Max the Labradors.

Today was a very rewarding Gundog Training Lesson with Max and Gunner. It was undoubtedly their best and most intact one to date. You may recall from a previous blog about their Gundog Training that their last lesson had not been brilliant. On that occasion Max’s focus to John was poor and on retrieves he had paraded a large distance away.

Today’s Gundog Training Lesson was a whole new ball game. John had left last time with the bit between his teeth and boy had he worked. Not only did we have a perfect retrieve to hand today, but Max also worked consistently around his brother Gunner who was handled by Juliette; all the while maintaining his focus 100% on John.

A massive well done to both for the progress they’ve all made, but a huge well done to John. He certainly went home with a smile on his face and a spring in his step.

I can’t wait to see the progress they all make at the next Gundog Training Lesson.
