Gundog Training Nala the Sprocker

Nala the 11 month old Sprocker has the opportunity to work in the shooting field provided she’s trained up.

Nala is owned by Kirsty’s son but due to work commitments he’s been limited for time to train which has resulted in a naughty dog, pulling on the lead, running off and a lack of focus to name a few. It’s been a weeks since our first lesson and I have to say what a transformation. Kirsty’s son has really worked hard with Nala on the lead and it shows. With more training and a solid commitment to achieve there is no reason why Nala can’t work in the shooting field.

It’s rewarding for me to see the development of dog and handler but more so for the owner.
